Currently, Brightpath specializes in ambulatory transportation.
We assist passengers who are able to safely enter and exit the vehicle with or without mobility aids such as walkers or canes.
As Brightpath grows, wheelchair-accessible transportation services are planned for the future.
8. Can you assist me getting into the building?
Yes.
Our drivers may provide reasonable door-to-door assistance, including helping with walkers, canes, and carrying small personal items when appropriate.
For everyone’s safety, our staff does not provide medical care or lifting assistance.
